READY-TO-ISSUE SPECIFICATION
TasteMaster Water Purifier shall be
constructed of 304 stainless steel with FDA grade polypropylene liner and header. Inlet/outlet manifold equipped with 3 inch MPT with 1/8 inch O-ring seal designed to operate at 125psi.
Pressure release valve insures that shell shall be removable without tools and without spillage of water.
Elements shall be carbon block
construction, 90% biodegradable, with O-ring seals top and bottom, and are designed to remove chlorine, organic tastes and odors, suspended matter down
to 0.5 microns, including pathogens such as Cryptosporidium, Giardia, Entamoeba and Toxoplasma in accordance with NFS/ANSI standards 42 and 53. Elements are installed on center standpipe and are replaceable in less than a minute without tools. Water Purifier shall be TasteMaster Model TMP - ( _________ ) as manufactured by Filtrine Mfg. Co. Keene, NH with USA materials and labor. |
