Filtrine's "Sustainable" design

Filtrine is now proud to offer the first Lifetime Warranty in the cooler industry. At any time during your ownership of your water cooler any component which fails to operate satisfactorily, for any reason whatsoever, other than vandalism or abuse, will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer under the terms outlined below. The complete cooler is designed to last the life of the building and will be repaired or rebuilt at anytime in order to maintain that warranty and achieve a truly "sustainable" design.

WARRANTY: We, the manufacturer, warrant to the original buyer only, for a period of the Life of the building, any equipment manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations hereinafter set forth.

FIRST YEAR: For a period of twelve months after installation or fifteen months after shipping, whichever is less, Filtrine's obligation under this warranty is limited to warranty in effect at time chiller was sold.

AFTER ORIGINAL WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED AND FOR THE LIFE OF THE BUILDING: Filtrine warrants to repair or rebuild and maintain lifetime warranty on the chiller at a cost of no more than 60 percent of the then current replacement cost, FOB factory.

This warranty applies only to equipment that has been installed, maintained and operated in accord with the manufacturer's recommendation and, except where noted does not cover labor cost, cost of installation, loss of refrigerant or other expenses associated with the repair or replacement of its products where work was performed by a non-factory authorized party. Any alteration of the equipment by the customer or any use of the equipment for applications not specifically recommended in Filtrine Engineering Catalogs will automatically void the warranty.
